How long will my jewelry last?
This depends a lot on your particular lifestyle. It can last for years depending on your job and activity level, but we can't guarantee lifespan for your unique situation. We will do our best to repair or re-weld your jewelry should it become stretched or damaged. Please see below for jewelry repair protocols.
What kind of chains do you use?
You have the choice of high quality 14k gold-filled or sterling silver chains, charms and connectors! This keeps it affordable, but lasts & wears just as well as the more expensive solid gold ones!
What if I have commitment issues?
We can offer to put a clasp on any of the customized pieces for $5 extra if you would like to be able to remove it!
Is it removable?
Absolutely! If you need to remove it for any reason, just find the welded link and give it a small snip on the welded link...but be sure to save your chain in case you want to have it re-welded.
How much does it cost?
The prices depend on which type of chain you choose:
Bracelets: $55-$70
Anklets: $65-$75
Necklaces: starting at $100
Connectors & Charms: $10-25
What ages can get permanent jewelry?
We will link anyone over the age of 4, but will require they get a clasp so that it can be safely removed when they are unattended! Parental accompaniment for 14 years and under is required.
How should I care for my permanent jewelry?
There is no need for special cleaning, but you can use our recommended permanent jewelry cleaner (Shinery) which is safe for your jewelry and skin! You can partake in your normal activities including exercise and showering without concern. Repeated and prolonged exposure to heavily chlorinated pool water may become apparent in the long-term wear, but intermittent swimming is not a problem!
What if my jewelry stretches?
If your jewelry stretches, you can carefully remove it with wire clippers or scissors at the weld link~contact us immediately to set up a repair assessment. We cannot offer return, replacement or discount on lost chains or gemstones.
What if my jewelry breaks?
We employ a 4-point inspection at the time of welding, but if your jewelry unexpectedly breaks at the WELD SPOT within the first 48 hours, we will repair it at no charge. If you need a re-weld within the first 48 hours, please contact us at hello@summavitalinx.com to set up the assessment of the repair.
